Our goal is to help you have the beautiful, healthy smile that you want and deserve. There are many reasons why people stay away from the dentist, but one comment we hear frequently is, “I couldn’t come because I didn’t have dental insurance.” We are now pleased to offer the Bellevue Dental Arts Member Club for all of our patients who have no dental benefits.
The Club Plan
Annual enrollment fee is only $299*
Each additional family member is $180 for the same benefits.

Your initial exam, necessary x-rays, cleaning and whitening (valued @ $304)
6 Month cleaning appointment (valued @ $191)
20% off all necessary dental work
You will save at least $196 on your first two visits!

• For ALL dental treatment that you complete within 12 months of enrollment (not calendar year), you will receive a 20% discount, with no annual limits.
• For each additional immediate family member added to an existing plan the annual enrollment fee is only $180 per person.* Qualified family members are; spouses and children up to age 18.
