Financial & Insurance
If quality dental care is your primary concern you will be satisfied with the care you receive in our office. Our fees are based on our knowledge, skills and service. We make every effort to be sure you know and understand the cost if treatment is recommended for you.
As a courtesy our office will submit claims to most insurance companies. This saves you the hassle of dealing with all the forms and paper work the insurance company requires. Although we accept most insurances, our practice is a participating provider with the following carriers:
- MetLife
- Premera
- Regence
- Washington Dental Service (WDS)
- Preferred Provider for Delta Dental (any state)
For those of you that are uninsured, we accept cash, check, Visa and MasterCard. A 6% cash courtesy allowance is given to those patients that pay by cash or check on the day of service. For our patients 65 and over we offer a 10% senior citizen discount for payments made by cash or check on the day of service (offers cannot be combined).
